1. Processing time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Pre-orders and made-to-order items show a separate dispatch window on the product page.
2. Delivery estimates
- North America & EU: 3–7 business days.
- UK & rest of Europe: 4–8 business days.
- Asia & Oceania: 5–10 business days.
- LATAM, Africa, Middle East: 7–14 business days.
Estimates exclude customs delays.
3. Carriers
DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and national postal services depending on destination. All shipments include tracking.
4. Duties & taxes
Orders are typically shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — the recipient is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees levied by the destination country. Some categories ship DDP where local law requires.
5. Restricted destinations
We cannot ship to countries under comprehensive sanctions or to addresses on global watchlists. See Compliance.

You receive a tracking link by email once the carrier scans your parcel.
