Do you accept credit cards?
Crypto is our primary payment method. Card support is available in select regions through our payment partner at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders dispatch in 1–3 business days. Delivery is 3–7 days in North America and the EU, 5–14 days for the rest of the world. Customs may add time.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to 180+ countries. We cannot ship to comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions.
How do refunds work?
Eligible refunds are sent in USDT or USDC at the original USD value to the wallet you specify. This protects both sides from crypto price swings.
Is my payment private?
All on-chain payments are public by design. We never see private keys and we do not require KYC for standard retail orders.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Underpayments will not auto-confirm. Email support with your invoice ID and the transaction hash and we'll reconcile it manually.
Do you charge a payment fee?
No. You pay only the network gas required to send your transaction.
